US Open 9 Ball Championship

The US Open 9 Ball Championship is a highly coveted title in nine-ball pool. The tournament attracts over 1000 spectators every year and is broadcast by ESPN sports channel. 64 participants will receive a total prize pool of $148,000. A $500 entry fee is required for the event.

There are several notable names who have been crowned champions in the US Open 9 Ball Championship. Earl Strickland has won the title, as well as Steve Mizerak and Mike Sigel. However, the player who has been the most successful at pocket billiards is Efren "The Magician" Reyes. He has won one World Championship and one U.S. Open Championship in his career.

Luther Lassiter, who died in October of 1988, was a legendary road player who won six world 9 ball championships in his career. Among other well-known 9 ball names, the best known is Buddy Hall. Hall has been awarded back-toback US Open titles. He has received praise from fans and his talent has been acknowledged. He was an outstanding player at the Shreveport 9-ball game in the 1970s.

Tanvee Vallem is a nine year old from Hyderabad, India. He started nine-ball seven month ago. Roy Pastor, the Billiards Education Foundation's coach, has been training him. He will be competing in the Predator World Junior 9 Ball Championship on Monday.
