Dafabet will again be the title sponsor at the World Pool Masters. The online sports betting operator is a partner with a host of high-profile sports brands, including Celtic FC, Norwich City FC, Durham County Cricket Team, and Warwickshire County Cricket Team. Dafabet is also the title sponsor for the British Fast5 Netball All-Stars Championship. It was the title sponsor of World Pool Masters 2017, 2018 and 2019.
Gibraltar will host the 2020 World Pool Masters. This tournament will feature 24 top players from around the world for a $100,000 prize. Matchroom Pool Club subscribers get tickets on Monday December 9, and the general public on Tuesday December 10. David Alcaide last year was the champion and will be defending his title against a top-notch field of players.
Dafabet World Pool Masters
Dafabet has extended its title sponsorship deal for the World Pool Masters. The tournament will be held from 22 to 25 Mai 2019 in Gibraltar. The company was a title sponsor of the World Pool Masters in 2017 and 2018. Dafabet also has other sponsorship deals. In the past, Dafabet has been a partner with LaLiga and the Sussex cricket team Durham.

Dafabet World Pool Masters consists of an international nine-ball pool contest. It is the most prestigious event of its kind and has raised the amount of prize money for each year's winner. The event's prize fund this year was $100,000. David Alcaide of Spain won the tournament. Alcaide beat Alexander Kazakis of Greece by twice the length in the final. Niels Féijen beat Shane Van Boening last year to reach the final of the previous year’s event. David Alcaide also lost to the Dutchman in round 1.
Joshua Filler
Joshua Filler is a bonen-based German pool player. Filler, 21, has won the China Open title and the European Pool Championships 10-ball. He is also the youngest person to win one of these two competitions. In addition to winning the China Open, he is also the youngest player to ever win the European Pool Championships.
Filler started playing the sport at age seven and was already competing at the national level. At age twenty, he made his Mosconi Cup debut and represented Europe at the event. He won the China Open 9-ball tournament as well as the European Pool Championship ten-ball. The following year, he won the first world championship by beating Italian Carlo Biado. In addition to the World Pool Masters title, he won the Mosconi Cup and the World Cup of Pool. He also won the US Open Pool Championship.
Lo Ho-sum
Lo Hosum, the first Hong Kong player to make it to the World Pool Masters finals, expressed concerns over a recent budget cut. Despite his recent success in pool, he is still relatively unknown beyond his homeland. Lo, a wild-card entry into the Gibraltar tournament was successful in a string matches that led to him reaching the final. He defeated Shane Van Boening in the quarterfinals but lost to Joshua Filler in the final. They were tied at six before Lo's heroics ended the match.

The World Pool Masters is a nineball competition that is held every year in order to determine the best pool players worldwide. The first event was held in Europe. It has now been expanded to include players coming from all parts of the globe. Lo has a solid professional record and has maintained a high rank throughout his career.
Sanchez Ruiz
Francisco Sanchez Ruiz won the 2022 US Open Pool Championship. He defeated Max Lechner 13-10 in final. This win places him at the top on the Live Nineball World Rankings. He also receives $50,000 as the first award. Sanchez Ruiz became the first Spanish player, becoming the first to win one among pool's oldest majors. Sanchez Ruiz passed Shane Van Boening by winning the $100,000 mark.
Sanchez Ruiz had to battle through a number of tough moments against Filler. He was able to overcome his initial nervousness and win after making two consecutive racks. Sanchez Ruiz won with a two-rack buffer after Filler came back to tie the score at three points.
