pool tables

Cutthroat pool, which can be played by up to five people, is a fun and entertaining game. In that each player is given a set, and each person must take the opponent's ball. However, there are some rules that are slightly different to 8-ball pool.

During the game, players must assign the balls to groups and agree on when the shots are taken. Each group consists of five numbers, ranging from 1 through 5. Once the first player to make a shot chooses which set of balls to shoot with. The rest of the players may start shooting as soon as that player has made their first shot.

Cutthroat players must remember that the cueball must be placed between the table rail and the head cushion. If a player accidentally jumps the cue ball off the table, they are guilty of a foul. When a foul occurs, the player must re-spot the ball back on the table and lose their turn.

Cutthroat uses a triangular rack. Players usually rack one ball in front of them, and the remaining balls are placed in the corners of the triangle. The game may have other corners depending on how many players there are. Players should plan ahead how they will call their shots to avoid a chaotic break.

Each player will normally call their shots one at a time. There are several rules that dictate the manner in which balls are spotted. Any ball spotted by the shooter with his ball on it must be spotted using the object ball on the rail. This increases the chance of the shooter scoring and makes it more difficult for other players to run out the ball.

In cutthroat, there are no draws. A draw is when the shooter and the opponent's ball make contact with each other and are both pocketed. There are no draws in cutthroat. The other players will settle for the group, if the ball is not seen with contact.

Cutthroat is an extremely fast-paced game that requires players not to stop shooting. Cutthroat's main objective is to eliminate all remaining players. Once this goal is achieved, the player wins the game.
